- We offer Free Ground Shipping within the lower 48 states of the United States. Expedited shipping is also available at additional cost. Most products ship within 2 days of your order.
- We collect and forward Sales Tax of 7.25% for items shipped to California. We will contact you if state Nexus Sales Tax is required.

- In the unlikely event of non-delivery, any claims must be made within 30 calendar days of the order. This is the limit imposed by the shipping services. We are not able to help with claims after 30 days.
